Longan Honey Mousse + Chiffon Cake + Honey Sautéed Nectarines + Blueberries

I made four of these cakes last weekend. It took me about 16 hours from start to finish. Three of them were for Nicole‘s baby shower, and the other one was for Chloe. The mousse part was fabulous. I used the longan honey from Taiwan, which is the only honey I like. The aroma plus the fruit made it very lady-like. I think that people in the baby shower loved it a lot, which made me super happy.

I’ve been reading some recipe books in the school library. There are some really, really elegant yet complicated cakes. Can’t wait to try new recipes. :P
